InterContinental Indianapolis
We are a bit biased since part of our team is located in Indianapolis, but the Circle City is ready for a true luxury hotel. And the InterContinental Indianapolis should provide just that. The InterContinental Indianapolis, conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Indy, will feature one of the downtown corridor’s first rooftop bars with a never before seen view of Monument Circle.

Pier Sixty-Six is located on 32 waterfront acres at the gateway to the beach in the prime Harbor Beach district of Fort Lauderdale, only two miles from Port Everglades and three miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Tavistock is in the process of re-imagining Pier Sixty-Six as Fort Lauderdale’s social harbor with a complete renovation of the property including adding the first-ever residential offering. The marina will remain open through renovation and boasts 164 slips with 5,000 linear feet of dockage in the yachting capital of the world.

Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada
Six Senses Grenada resort in the Caribbean is set between the ocean and a protected cove, offering space, privacy, and views of the turquoise sea. The resort, which is expected to open by late spring covers 38 acres on a headland in the southern part of the island.
The resort includes 56 rooms, seven one-bedroom villas, and five two-bedroom villas that are all influenced by the region’s traditional architecture. In addition, the three- and four-bedroom homes are set into a dramatic hillside and offer 21,500 square feet of landscaped gardens. Each of the green-roofed abodes also features a 56-foot horizon-edge pool and a wrap-around pool deck.
And in true Six Senses fashion, Six Senses La Sagesse plans to operate on a self-sufficient and plastic-free basis. Ingredients for the restaurant and spa will come from the kitchen gardens, herb gardens, and native trees, while seafood will be sourced from local fishermen.
St. Regis Longboat Key Resort, Sarasota, Florida
Florida will be getting a second St. Regis resort which is scheduled to open in the summer of 2024. The 18-acre St. Regis Longboat Key Resort will be located on Longboat Key, a barrier island outside of Sarasota, right on the Gulf of Mexico. The resort will feature 166 guest rooms and 69 private residences.

Corinthia Rome
Corinthia Hotels has announced its newest property Corinthia Rome which is slated to open in spring 2024. The Hotel will occupy a seven-story building that was originally built in 1914 to house the Bank of Italy. The palazzo will maintain its original façade overlooking the Parliament of Italy. The property is being restored to offer 60 guestrooms and 21 themed luxury suites, a lobby lounge, bar, restaurant, as well as a spa, gym, an open-air central courtyard, and a rooftop affording city views.
Acclaimed Chef, Chef Carlo Cracco is the property’s food and beverage partner and will conceive and develop the food and beverage offering of the luxury hotel’s restaurant.

The Emory London
The storied Maybourne Hotel Group is set to add another luxury game-changer to London’s rarefied five-star hotel scene. The Emory, slated to begin welcoming guests in the London's Knightsbridge neighborhood this spring, is an all suite property. The hotel, accessible via a private, understated entrance on Old Barrack Yard, will feature 60 sun-splashed suites spread across nine floors—each of which will showcase the aesthetic of a different top-tier interior designer. The Hoxton Edinburgh
Chic and Hip hotel brand, The Hoxton, will make it's debut in Edinburgh in the summer of 2024. The Hoxton Edinburgh will open in Haymarket and comprise 211 guest bedrooms, which will be split on either side of the street, spread across 11 joined-together Georgian townhouses. Rosewood Amsterdam will open in 2024 as Rosewood’s first property in the Netherlands. Housed in the former Palace of Justice, a building of great architectural, historical and social significance that overlooks the Prinsengracht (the Prince’s Canal), one of the city’s most beautiful waterways, in the UNESCO World Heritage listed Amsterdam Canal District.
