Plus when you book through Live Luxe Travel Co., you'll automatically get our Trip SOS service. If something goes wrong like your flight gets delayed or canceled or your hotel is oversold, you can call us day or night and we will be happy to help. And of course we make luxury travel easy, so you can be more productive on your business trip or enjoy more time relaxing on your vacation. 

Does Live Luxe Travel Co. charge fees?

Live Luxe Travel Co. offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $25 USD per reservation, at our discretion.

The Live Luxe Travel Co. hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resort. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge type reservations.

With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $25 non-refundable booking/service fee.

How does it work booking a hotel, resort or villa reservation through Live Luxe Travel Co.?

Most people assume that all hotel rooms are sold for the same price and come with the same perks, but that is not the case.

Many major hotels have luxury programs that offer enhanced benefits for cash bookings such as room upgrades, VIP perks, property credits, and more at no additional cost (or possibly for less). These programs include Hyatt Privé, Marriott Luminous, Marriott STARS, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Rosewood Elite, Hilton Impresario, Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts, and more.

Most hotel programs have preferred partnership programs. Booking through these programs offers you incredible perks at select properties depending on the brand that stack with your elite benefits. Traditionally, these benefits include things like complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, hotel credits, enhanced check-in options, and much more. All for no extra cost.

These programs are only available for cash stays, not when redeeming points. So if you’re booking a cash stay at a particular hotel that participates in one of these programs, you should absolutely book for the additional benefits.
